Shipping/Delivery

All orders will be shipped the day of the order up until 3:30pm (central time) Monday – Friday and packed special to each order.  If we are out of stock on any item, we will contact you and let you know via email or telephone.  If your order contains items that need to be kept cool, we may hold your order until the following Monday to help keep your item safe in shipping.  Your order will be shipped in either a cooler pack or cooler box, depending on the size of the order.  We suggest that these items be in shipping no longer than 3 days.  If your shipping time is longer, we may contact you and ask how you wish us to continue with your order.  At this time we do not have a shipping / handling fee.  Free shipping will occur when your order is over $200.00 and if you have no items that are marked FOB or HAZARD, if so, then the fee will be assessed for those items only.  The “FOB” items count towards your $200 free shipping but will be excluded.
